For issues that go beyond our organization and considering the reduced spaces of the route, the itinerary may not be available. In this case, you will be contacted by our official guide who will propose an alternative date, time or tour.
If we fail to meet your needs, you will be refunded for the total amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTY

In case of a cancellation from the tour operator the total paid sum will be refunded. In this case you will be notified via e-mail, so we kindly ask you to check your inbox before the tour, otherwise we will not be able to contact you. The reservation is non-refundable if the client DOES NOT SHOW UP.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the tickets for the Palazzo Ducale cannot be refunded even in case of cancelation within the time limit.
