The Taverna La Fenice was born as the Theatre’s bar, which remained open until late. It became a restaurant to all effects in 1860; today still, La Fenice Tavern remains a symbol of elegance and refinement both for its cuisine and for the excellent cocktails to enjoy as an aperitif or after dinner.
