Founded in 1987, the restaurant al Covo offers a cuisine which is rich in typical products of the Venetian Lagoon and the hinterland, with the aim of enhancing local flavors. Fresh fish, vegetables and fruit from Venice’s vegetable gardens, homemade pasta: all prepared with respect and passion for genuine ingredients. The wine list is also impressive - boasting over 240 labels - with a particular attention paid to biodynamic and natural wines.
